The killing of entrepreneur Patny Gopal Khemek is proof that Bihar witnesses “Goondaraj” under the National Democratic Alliance regime, Congress claimed on Saturday (June 5, 2025) because he demanded a special meeting of the State Assembly to discuss violations and order.

Congress leader, who quoted official data, claimed that a large number of smaller girls and police officers are raped. “Only in patna, this year there were 116 murders and 41 rape incidents,” he said. “Last year, the data published by the Police Headquarters stated that in 151 days there were 1,297 attacks on the police,” he added.
Mr. Singh, quoting the National Crime record (NCRB), claimed that the total number of crimes in Bihar increased from 1.60 664 in 2005 to 3,47,835 in 2022. “This means that 323% in this number.
“In Bihar, 2,21,729 women became a victim of crime and there was an increase in crimes against women by 336%. In the case of women’s kidnapping, there was an increase of 1,097% and added.
