Congress on Wednesday (June 25, 2025), who claimed that the National Test Agency (NTA) became a “national corruption agency”, questioned the award of the bail two people who were accused of receiving money to manipulate the score in the national entrance test (Neet).
NTA performs a test used to enter higher education programs.
On 23rd June, the Bombai court awarded the bail two people, Salim Patel and Sandeep Shah, who were arrested by the Central Investigation Office (CBI) 10 June. CBI accused them of deceiving candidates for Neet-G 2025 and their families by claiming that they could manipulate the score, and so much that for this purpose it is eliminated.

Questioned by the transparency of the nta
Kanhaiya Kumar, Congress Committee for All India, entrusted with the National Student Organization of India, dealt with a press conference on the matter. He notes that CBI claims that no NTA official is involved in this case, Mr. Kumar asked for the anti -corruption law, which was then invoked to take steps against both accused.
“Again, the questions concerning the transparency of Neet and the Agency (NTA), which conduct the test. We do not raise these questions. The questions remained from CBI.
“CBI says no clerk is involved in this case. Mr. Kumar asked.
CBI or NTA There was no answer on the questions raised by Congress. At the press conference was also President of Nsui Varun Chaudhary.
