On Tuesday, BJP said that the National Case Herald, in which the Directorate for Pravo (ED) enforced the accusation against Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and others, was a living example of Congress Corruption.
The ruling party also claimed that the Nezru-Gandhi family was the “most corrupt” in the world.
The indictment of ED showed how the Gandhi family made money in this case, said BJP deputy and main spokesman Anil Baluni.
“Investigative agencies do their jobs. No matter how big a criminal is, the Indian Constitution will surely put such a person before court,” said Mr. Baluni, “Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi created society (young India), the purpose of which was not to buy business but to buy Ajl. Baluni said that the case of the National Heraldo began during the congress.
The BJP reaction came after the special judge Vishal Gogne explored the indictment of ED in the case of the National Herald at the moment of knowledge and published a matter for further proceedings on April 25.
Ed filed accusations against Mrs. Gandhi, Mr. Gandhi and others for charging the money laundering on April 9.
The indictment also names the leader of the congress Sam Pitroda and Suman Dubey, as is accused in the case.
“Vendetta Politics”
Congress described the indictment of ED as the policy of Vendett and claimed that the seizure of the assets in this case was “criminal off by a state -of -the -state state as a rule of law”.
BJP Rajya Sabha and the National spokesman of Sudhansh TRIVEDI, who intervened, said Congress had no right to do politics in this matter because the case was “registered” during his rule.
“The Congress should be remembered that the matter began in 2012 and the Delhi High Court, which heard a petition in the public interest, launched this case in 2013,” he said, describing the accusation of the Congress against the Modi government as “extremely hollow, insignificant and motivated with intention to influence the probe”.
Another National BJP spokesman Shehzad Poonawall was accused by the leader of the congress of playing the victim’s card after indulging “prey” of public money.
“Whoever indulges in corruption and prey will now have to repay.
“They will honor public money and catch public property and play the victim’s card when measures are taken … They also created their own property in the National Herald,” he accused.
Mr. Poonawall also killed Congress for calling Action Action Politics Vendett Politics and stressed that the proceedings began in the court’s order.
“Does it mean that the court has taken vindictive measures against them?” BJP spokesman asked.
After Ed recorded the statement of entrepreneur Robert Vadry, the son -in -law Mrs. Gandhi, on Tuesday at Haryan Land Deal, BJP National spokesman Gaurav Bhatia expressed hope that he would face the consequences of “grabbing farmers” in Haryana and making money from his corruption “in the state.
“Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi ensured that agricultural land fell under Vadru’s occupation,” he accused.
“It will not be wrong to say that if there is a family that is most corrupt in the world, it is the Gandhi family in which Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Robert Vadra are bail in case of corruption,” he said.
