Political analysts attribute the huge scale of the Congress victory in Dharmapuri to the vigorous election campaign of Social Affairs Minister Adluri Laxman Kumar, who represents the Dharmapuri constituency in the Assembly.
The Congress election campaign focused on the state government’s social programs, including women-oriented programs and development initiatives.
