
The head of the Congress leading by the Minister of Social Care by Ponnam Prabhakar and the President of TPCC Malesh Kumar Goud will meet with the Governor Jishno Dev Varma in Raj Bhavan on May 2, 2025.
Congress leaders led by the Minister of Social Care by Ponnam Prabhakar and President TPCC Mahesh Kumar Goud met with Governor Jishnu Nine Varma and thanked him for handing over legislation related to reservations for backward class 42% of the President for the purpose of consent.
The delegation consisted of BC MLA, MLCS, former MLA, Members and Presidents of various corporations, and thanked Governor for taking a quick decision to hand over the bill by the President’s office when the central government announced its decision to include the census in the general census.
Later, when he spoke to the media, Mr. Ponnam Prabhakar said that the government of Revanth Reddy became a model for the whole country and ensured the BC to gain its fair share of political, educational and employee spheres. Reconnaissance survey of the TELANGANY Government showed the country that such exercises can be accepted without difficulty.
President TPCC Mahesh Goud called the BC Castes survey in Thelangana historic and the subsequent decision of the TELANGANY government to strengthen the reservations of BC to 42% was welcome throughout the country.
