Congress launches ‘Chhatron Ki Goonj’ campaign in Hyderabad; mobilization activities in 28 cities since June 30

The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) launched the ‘Chhatron Ki Goonj’ campaign in Hyderabad, calling for education reforms and improved employment opportunities for the youth.
The program organized under the auspices of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) was attended by Vikrant Bhuria, Head of ST Cell. TPCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud, MLC Balmoor Venkat and several NEET aspirants and students were also present.
During the event, campaign posters and leaflets were unveiled and details of a nationwide outreach program were announced.
Addressing the rally, Vikrant Bhuria said that the BJP-led central government’s policies have created uncertainty about the future of students and youth across the country. He said that the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, had launched a nationwide movement to amplify the concerns of students and unemployed youth. Mr. Bhuria said that Rahul Gandhi works directly with students and job seekers to understand their challenges, suggestions and experiences.
According to the campaign schedule, basic and mobilization activities, including the distribution of leaflets, corner meetings and study programs for students, will begin in 28 cities from June 30. Weekly student engagement programmes, campus outreach initiatives and Ambedkar Samvaad events will be held during July. Simultaneous collector gherao are planned in all 28 participating cities on August 1, followed by Delhi Sansad Gherao on August 9.
