On Sunday (June 15, 2025), Congress clearly condemned the recent “bomb attacks and targeted assassinations” on Iranian soil and said that this attack on Iranian sovereignty and interference with its rights only deepens the instability and sinned the seeds of another conflict.
The opposition party claimed that India had to speak clearly, act responsibly and use each available diplomatic channel to dispose of voltage and support the return to the dialogue.
“The Indian National Congress clearly condemns the recent Israel bomb attacks and focuses on the assassinations of Iranian soil, which represent a dangerous escalation with serious regional and global consequences,” said the General of Congress.

Ramesh pointed out that India has long -term civilization ties with Iran and has developed strategic relations with Israel in recent decades.
This unique position gives our country a moral responsibility and a diplomatic lever effect on the effect as a bridge for de-schooling and peace, he said.
“Peace in the region is a major national interest with the lakh of Indian citizens living and working in West Asia. India must speak clearly, act responsibly and use every available diplomatic channel to dispose of tension and support the return to dialogue,” Ramesh said.
