On Thursday (8 May 2025), Congress accused the DOORDARSHAN public broadcast of a dangerous narrative against the President of the Mallikarjun Kharge Congress and Lok Sabha Imran Masood is a designation Gaddar. The party demanded an apology from the Minister of Information and Broadcasting.
