
The Whitefield Police registered companies against unidentified people who, who acted as representatives of the electronic trading platform, cheated on trusting people who offer jobs and take huge amounts of money from candidates.
On the basis of the complaint of Murtha Sn, representing Mees, the police in the area of computer crime Whitefield, accused the accused under cheating by appearing under this law and on Wednesday for further investigation.
According to the complaint, the company registered in 2013, which had its office in the village of Kadubeesanahali, Varthur Hobli, Outer Ring Road, Marathhahalli, recently learned that some unidentified people claim to be recruiters of Mees and perform false talks for various roles.
The accused also issued letters of false offers on the header of Mees and misused the Mees logo and asked “selected” candidates to pay certain amounts for the “course Sponsored Company” with the promise of payment.
The accusations committed fraud of deceptive domain names intended to imitate “Mees” to communicate distortable people from these domains and select payments.
Police are trying to trace the accused based on IP address of websites and cash transactions.
