
Former player Gujarat Priyank Panchal said Jasprit Bumrah has always had a spark, vibration and willingness to represent India at the highest level. Bumrah is considered to be one of the best pitchers in all formats and is No. 1 test bowler in the world at the moment. But before his exploitation on the international circuit, Pacer made a name while playing for Gujarat.
During the Ranji Trophy 2016-17 season, where Panchal scored 1310 runs in 10 games, Bumrah raised 24 goals out of seven matches. This also included the magic of six for 29 against Jharhand in the semifinals. Pacer played a big role when Gujarat defeated Mumbai in the final to raise the title.
Former Gujarat dough, who spoke to India today in exclusive interaction, said Bumrah has always been competitive and everyone knew that if he had a chance, he would have succeeded for India. Panchal felt that Bumhrah’s unique bowling technique made him standout and Pacer is a place where he is now because of his hard work and experience outside the field.
“I think he had the spark and the vibration and willingness to represent the country at the highest level, and even at that time he was so competitive. And you can imagine that if you get a chance with this competitiveness at the next level, you will certainly be successful.

What is it like to face bumrah in networks
Panchal then said that Bumrah is someone who remains competitive in the networks and always suffered from doughs during training.
“Bumrah is so competitive. As I play a cover unit, so another ball would be either a ejector or a yorker. Even in networks like we played 40 to 50 balls in the nets and the 40 to 50 balls, then I think it must be bowling.
Bumrah is currently part of the Indian team that travels England.
