
Royal Challengers Bengalur (RCB) and India Fast Bowler Yash Dayal were booked according to section 69 Bharatiya nyaya Sanhit (BNS) after the woman of Ghaziabad equalized serious accusations of sexual harassment and exploitation against him. The company was registered at the IndiraPuram police station after a preliminary investigation of a complaint filed through the Portal of the Central Minister IGRS.
Section 69 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhit deals with sexual acts committed on the basis of deceptive promises such as false assurances of marriage or employment. With such acts he considers a form of fraud and exploitation that can be punished for up to ten years in prison.
According to the complaint The woman claimed she was in a five -year relationship with Dayal, during which he used it mentally, physically and financially under a false promise of marriage. She claimed that Dayal introduced her to his family and behaved as if it were a couple, which further deepened her trust. But when he faced his intentions, he allegedly became violent and continued to harass.
The complainant also stated that Dayal had taken money from her during his relationship and reportedly behaved similarly to other women in the past. She said she had records of cottages, screenshots, video call recordings and photos as evidence to support her claim.
