The company was registered against a microfinance company for alleged kidnapping of minors from the village in Malavalli Taluk in Mandya in an effort to restore fees.
According to the complainant Naveen, an autodriver staying in the village of JALAHALLI in T. Narsipur in the district of Mysuru, his mother took a loan from a microfinance company and paid 12 installments.
On June 16, Naven dropped his wife and daughter in the village of Poosarigal in Malavalli Taluk in Mandya and returned to Mysur. However, the microfinance representative allegedly came to the village when his wife and sister -in -law were not at home.
When Naveen’s daughter reported the representative that his mother was gone at work in the incense factory, he reportedly took a girl and a boy from a neighboring house to show him his mother. When he was not allowed at the factory, he brought them back to their house.
Naveen filed a complaint at the Belakavadi police station in Mandya.
