Members of the Andhra Pradesh Star Hotels Association (ASHA) on Friday expressed concern over the ₹993 hike in the prices of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinders.
In a statement, ASHA state president RV Swamy pointed out that with effect from May 1, the price per bottle has increased by ₹993, dealing a severe blow to the hotel and restaurant industry. With this increase, he said, the price of commercial rice has reached around ₹ 3,315 in cities like Hyderabad.
