Commander Suresh R. Kurup, who recently took over the command of the Indian Coast Guard station in Vishinjam, said he would carry out operational efficiency and strengthening the coastal security in the region. The expansion of the infrastructure will also be a key area of focus, quoted as in an official statement. Commander Suresh R. Kurup was entrusted to the Coast Guard in 1994. He comes from Pandalam. As a graduate of physics, he also holds the title of MBA at ICFAI University in Hyderabad.
