The High Court in Kerala dismissed the action of the leader of BJP Shaun George, who was looking for access to documents submitted by the fraud investigation (SFIO) to accuse transactions between Cochin Minerals and Rutile Ltd. (CMRL) and Exalogic Solutions.
Exalogic is a company owned by T. Veen, daughter of the main Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.
The court for further session in Ernacula has approved the order ordered to give him the SFIO probe and other documents. CMRL attacked this order before the High Court and claimed that the court had approved the order without hearing the company.
CMRL claimed that the SFIO probe was going on and that Mr. George was not associated with the probe. Furthermore, it claimed that he was trying to gain recognition as a probe.
The rejection of Mr. George, the Bench of Justice VG ARUn ordered the court for the meeting to approve the order after hearing Mr. George and the CMRL.
