CMC will organize a cooking competition on the occasion of World Diabetes Day

Clinic of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, Christian Medical College (CMC) will organize a cooking competition on September 26 (Saturday) between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM at Darling Residency, Vellore to commemorate World Diabetes Day 2026.

According to a press release, the theme of the competition will be ‘Tastes of Our Heritage – Prepare a Diabetic Friendly Lunch from Tamil Nadu or Andhra Cuisine’ as nutrition and diet play a vital role in the prevention and treatment of diabetes and it is important to eat balanced portions of healthy home-cooked meals on time.

Applications can be submitted through the online portal (www.cmcendovellore.org/wdd24), the release said.
