Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and TPCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud called on AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge in New Delhi on Tuesday evening.
Mr. Revanth Reddy and Mr. Mahesh Goud left for New Delhi after attending the assembly and council meetings. Their meeting took place against the backdrop of the recent election of Abhishek Manu Singhvi and Chief Minister’s advisor Vem Narender Reddy to the Rajya Sabha from Telangana.
The two leaders were accompanied by Mr. Vem Narender Reddy and other party MPs — Mallu Ravi, Suresh Shetkar and Balram Naik.
During the interaction, Mr. Kharge congratulated Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. The CM and PCC chief discussed the current political developments and political situation of the state with the AICC president.
Earlier, the Chief Minister, PCC President and a delegation of MPs also met AICC General Secretary KC Venugopal.
