Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy launched the state government’s 99-day special Praja Palana – Pragati Pranalika programme, kicking off the initiative from Hyderabad by inaugurating and establishing two major infrastructure projects aimed at transforming the city into a world-class urban hub.
The Chief Minister laid the foundation stone for the international pipe interchange at Budwel and inaugurated the Eco-Hill Park at Kotwal Guda near the Himayatsagar reservoir.
Budwel Pipe Interchange Project will connect Outer Ring Road with Radial Road-2 and improve connectivity between Budwel Layout and Rajendranagar region. The Eco-Hill Park at Kotwal Guda has been built over an area of over 85 acres and includes nearly a million plantations.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Revanth Reddy said that the government is implementing infrastructure projects worth nearly ₹ 24,500 crore within Greater Hyderabad limits to improve road connectivity, develop urban infrastructure and make the city more modern, sustainable and livable.

Another major proposal includes a six-lane nine-km elevated corridor from Banjara Hills Road No. 12 to Gachibowli Outer Ring Road that will provide direct connectivity to key areas such as Film Nagar, T-Hub and ITC Kohenur.
The government is also expanding connectivity through radial roads, including a 41.5 kilometer expressway from Raviryal ORR to Amangal RRR in the proposed ₹4,621 crore Future City project. Stretching 81 kilometers from Kotwal Guda to Nacharam, the Radial Road-2 project will connect three major industrial corridors.
