West Bengal Cm Mamata Banerjee, responded on Sunday to the case of rape Durgapur and said that “girls should not be allowed to go out at night,” he added that “anyone who is guilty will be strictly punished.”
On Friday evening, October 10, the second year of Odisha was reportedly raped by men outside her university campus in Durgapur West Bengal.
