The leader who praised the role played by SPC cadets in the Drug Campaign of the State Government, reminded cadets that the fight against drug abuse should not be limited to any specific period. He said that SPC cadets should always be remembered as ambassadors of the war against drug abuse and cadets are the eyes and ears of the drug government activities focused on schools.
The student cadet of the program, which was launched in the Kozhikode District in August 2010, has been able to gain complete confidence and support of Kerala over the years. The SPC has now completed 15 years since its foundation and has achieved great recognition at national and international level as the largest youth initiative at the school level in the country and the first organization that worked with gender equality.

This academic year, including the beginning of the SPC in 70 new schools, is now operated by the project in 1,048 schools. Through extensive social work, SPC cadeti also paved the way for exemplary changes in society. SPC has provided all possible assistance to rehabilitate the victims of disasters during floods, a period of pandemic, such as Covid-19 and the Chooralla disaster that occurred a year ago. SPC also carried out activities to give children knowledge of marginalized tribal communities knowledge and literacy.
