The crime investigation department in Telangana (CID) arrested two more individuals in connection with the fraud of Crore Crypto Coin from the CRORE 95 GBP, with the total number of accused in custody.
The duo, identified as 42 -year -old Sudhakar and 49 -year -old Karnati Ramesh Reddy, was detained from the Ramesh Reddy residence in the Nagarjuna colony in Hayathnagar.
According to an officer from CID, both men are long -standing collaborators of alleged fraudulent mastermind Kurrimel Ramesh Goud and his partner Ys Ravi Kumar Reddy who were arrested earlier.
Both accused are said to have played an active role in conspiracy and also received yields from a crime. The duo was reportedly hiding after the case had appeared, but was tracked by a special CID team. Since then, they have been made before the judge and transported into judicial custody.
“A sophisticated fraud revolves around a false multi -level marketing (MLM) company running under the name Crypto Coin GBR through the web. Supported as an investment opportunity promises high short -term revenues, explained the scheme between 1,200 and 2,400 by depositors and gathered by approximately £ 95.
The accused even organized a promotional event in Ramoji’s film in April 2022 to give the operation legitimacy. With the collected funds, sellers of clothing for Twills, Whitehouse and Siyaram under banners such as UR clothing and Urk clothing, rope in Sudhakar and Ramesh Reddy as directors to wash money.
