The investigation of the alleged attempts by the Minister of Cooperation “Honey-Trap” KN Rajann was handed over on Thursday the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
On March 21, Mr. Rajanna claimed that there was an “attempt to scratch his image” and declared “48 people, including legislators, the central leaders were imprisoned from honey”, forced the Minister of the Interior G. Parameshware to promise a “probe at a high level”.
After a big delay in shifting the complaint, as promised, Mr. Rajanna finally asked the Minister of the Interior, who was looking for an investigation into alleged attempts to “trap on Honey” on Tuesday. Dr. Parameshware bequeathed the three -page memorandum to the Chief of the State Police for a suitable event on Wednesday. A CID was ordered on Thursday.
The clock after the order was visited by the team from CID official residence of the Minister of Jayamahal, where there was an alleged crime, and launched a probe. Mr. Rajanna said his official residence had no CCTV cameras, so he had no evidence. The CID team questioned those who work in the house, as part of a preliminary investigation, said sources.
No fir so far
Given that Mr Rajanna did not give an official complaint with the police, in this case there was no company and CID only carries out an investigation and is expected to submit a report to the State Government. However, sources said that if the investigation found some crime, CID can in this case register SUO Motu. The investigation is also limited to alleged attempts at Mr. Rajann’s “trap” and no one else, sources said.
Meanwhile, the son of Mr. Rajanna R. Rajendra, Congress MLC, met with alloque Mohan, DG & LGP, the State Police of Karnataka, and claimed that there was a conspiracy that murdered him. “November 15, 2024, the day before my daughter’s birthday, a team who pretended to build a tent came to my house to murder me. I had to know about it when my resources sent me a sound record in which some people had paid 5 lakh to kill me.
