
The leaders of the Christian community in the press express concerns about the murder of the pastor of Pagadala and the advocate of Israel.
Christian bodies expressed serious concerns about the suspicious death of Pastor Polen Pagadal on the edge of Rajahmundry in Andhra Pradesh and the murder of Israel in the city.
At a press conference on Wednesday, former chairman of Telangana Foods M. Rajeev Sagar, Prof Gali Vinod Kumar and Telangana Christian Jac Solomon Raj pointed out how the suspicious death of Pastor Pagadal Pagadal was reflected as an accident.
Pastor Poreen was found dead with injuries of bleeding next to his motorcycle on the edge of Rajahmundra, Mr. Sagar said that police Andhra Pradesh did not give the case until late Monday evening, even though the body recovered in the morning.
Mr. Sagar said that Pastor Poreen had received threats from various sections in recent months, and said that injuries on his body pointed to suspicious death, not an accident.
The leaders also condemned the killing of the advocate of Israel. The leaders said that the minority Christian community is threatened because of these incidents and demanded the governments of Telangan and Andhra Pradesh to take steps to protect the community interests.
They required a detailed probe about both incidents.
