The District Administration is prepared for the 11th international yoga celebrations scheduled for the Mesanical area here on Saturday, June 21). More than 9 people are expected to participate in a massive program at 5,808 dwellings in the district.
The Sumit Kumar district collector, who addressed the media here on Friday (June 20), emphasized the need for proper planning and fast performance.
A collector who praised officials, NGOs and public groups for the state campaign “Yogandho 2025” urged officials not to lose dynamics and ensure each place has sufficient equipment, with the highest priority of drinking water, refreshments, toilets and medical camps.
Mr. Kumar ordered officials to mobilize yoga participants based on the capacity of each venue. He said that public addresses, photo and videography were mandatory and the shots should be uploaded to the official application by 10:00 on the same day.
The collector ordered special officers at the level of mandal, municipal commissioners and MPDO to participate and supervise measures. He said that public representatives from the village at the district level should be formally invited to put Fillip at the event.
The program will be held at the Mesanic areas from 7:00 to 8:00, the collector said that yoga instructors would be published in all places to participate.
