The movement of the vehicles on the Chinchinada-Dindi bridge, through the branch of the Godavari river, was suspended for 72 hours due to maintenance slingshot. The bridge, which is part of the National Highway 216, connects Chinchinad in Dr. BR AMBEDKAR in the Konaseem district with Dindi in the West Godavari district.
On Wednesday, the district collector Dr. Bed Konaseem R. Mahesh Kumar Temporary Closure of the Bridge. He also inspected the aqueduct Annmpalli in Mummudivaram Mandal, from where the floods are rising into the Godavari River.
In the cotton color Sir Arthur in Dowleswaam, the influx of eight lakh Cusecs exceeded, with 4,800 CUSECS released into the Godavari delta through channel systems.
