As part of Raichur Zilla Utsav 2026, a children’s festival was organized at the Mahatma Gandhi District Stadium in Raichur, Karnataka on February 2.
Inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner Nitish K., the event was attended by hundreds of children from various schools.
“Apart from entertainment, children will gain knowledge at the festival. I thank the institutions that give children a chance to participate in the event,” he said.
The children enjoyed various games and were enthralled by magician Kudroli Ganesh.
Raichur Zilla Panchayat CEO Eshwar Kumar Kandoo, Mahanagar Palike Commissioner Jubin Mohapatra, Additional Deputy Commissioner Shivanand, Assistant Commissioner Hampanna Sajjan and Tahsildar Suresh Varma were among those who attended the event.
