
The US Vice President JD Vance on Tuesday (April 22) compared the developing partnership in India, India, USA to a family bond, rooted in heat, personal connections and shared values. Vance spoke at the International Center of Rajasthan in Jaipur and described the first trip of his family to India and an unforgettable dinner with Prime Minister Narendra Modim.
On Monday evening, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hosted the family of Vance – JD, his wife Usha and their three children – at 7 Residence Lok Kalyan Mar in Nový Delhí. In the evening he left a permanent impression on the American vice -president, who said that the children were interested in Modi’s heat and hospitality.

The American Vice President appreciated Prime Minister Modi for his thoughtful gesture earlier, during the AI summit in Paris, where Modi brought a birthday present for his son Vivek.
“It was a huge international conference. Yet, PM Modi took the time to stop and wished our son Vivek all the best for his birthday. He even brought a gift. Usha and I really touched,” Vance said.
The Vance family arrived in Jaipur late on Monday evening and began Tuesday by visiting the Amber Fort History Palace, soaked in Indian cultural heritage as part of a deeply personal and diplomatic visit.
