Chhattisgarh attracts investment proposals worth ₹ 9,580 crore at investors meet in Hyderabad

Chhattisgarh attracted investment proposals worth ₹9,580 crore across sectors at the State Investors Connect held in Hyderabad on Friday.

Data centers, semiconductors and GPU architecture, solar energy equipment, textiles and pharmaceuticals are the sectors where seven firms received proposals. The proposals underscore the growing investor confidence in the state’s industrial ecosystem and policy framework. It is expected to create approximately 7,800 direct jobs.

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai handed over an “Invitation Letter for Investment” to potential investors. The state is on track to become a preferred destination for technology and manufacturing investment.

The biggest investment proposal is from Hypernext Data Center, with the company expressing its intention to invest ₹4,200 crore to set up a state-of-the-art data center in Chhattisgarh, which is expected to create around 250 jobs.

Mr. Sai said that Chhattisgarh is emerging as a preferred investment destination supported by streamlined approvals, robust single window system, strong infrastructure and industry-friendly policies. He urged companies based in Hyderabad, especially in the IT, pharmaceutical and logistics sectors, to invest in the state and ensure political support and a business-friendly environment for them.
