Cheteshwar Pujara revealed that his final goal was to play again for India when he eager to return after the test team returned. Pujara announced his departure from the Indian cricket 24. August.
“Well, I don’t want to dwell too much about what happened in those years, but yes, I wanted to go back. I tried to play the highest levels. But at one point my focus moved to just enjoy cricket-it was already a first-class cricket or regional cricket.
“Of course the final goal was to play again for Earth again, and I would be very happy if it happened. But even if it weren’t, I wanted to enjoy my cricket. After some stages, as soon as you worked really hard and matured as a player, you want to play with lower pressures.
“If I didn’t get the opportunity to represent the country again, I am fine with it. The young Indian team is doing really well and at the same time I feel proud and happy with my career. When the Indian team went through the crossing, I also played with many modern giants.”
“I was lucky enough to represent India in more than 100 test matches, and I’m proud to be afraid of what has not happened in the last few years. When I look back, I feel happy.
