Member of the Congress Committee (CWC) Ramesh Chenninithala, MLA, demanded an investigation into the role of three ministers who have solved the portfolio of Devaswom in the Sabarimal “Golden Theft” in the last 10 years. In a statement on Sunday, he claimed that there was no corruption on the Travancore Devaswom (TDB) Council without knowing the Devaswom Ministers.
He demanded that the current president and members of the Board of Directors should also be included in the list of accused and accused against them individually. No matter how high -ranking are, those who rob the temples should be responsible. If those involved in this theft have shown the courage to remove the door frames that the devotees see every day, they must lead to the level of the theft from the innumerable devices of the devotees is unimaginable, he said.
