What is Char Dham Yatra?
The Char Dham pilgrimage circuit, one of the most respected Hindu routes, includes four holy places: Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath. Char Dham Yatra 2025 began on April 30, with sacred gangotri portals and Yamunotri Dham opening on a favorable occasion of Akshaya Tritiya, marked by Vedic singing and rituals. This was followed by the opening of Kedarnath Dham 2.
