According to the report of PTI Niruj Mohan Ramanujam, the head of science, communication, public reach and education (Scope) at the Indian Astrophysical Institute, explained that the eclipse of the penumbral where the moon passes through the Earth’s lighter shadow, it is hard to announce with the naked eye and to be clearly seen.
