The Delhi High Court, which has heard two reasons that question the decision of the center, allowing the UDAIPUR files to be released, ordered the parties to appear before the reign of August 4 and submit their submission.
On Friday (August 1, 2025), the High Court in Delhi informed that he had started his decision to a nod to the release of UDAIPUR SUBH – Kanhaiya Lal to measure the murder and decide to revise the petition “again”.
The court, which heard two reasons that question the decision of the center, allowing the release of the film, ordered the parties to appear before the reign of August 4 and submit their submissions.
The court was informed of the film producer that the film was to be released on 8 August and it would take some time to organize it to be released by involving theaters.
The Court of Justice adopted a record statement by another general lawyer Chetan Sharma, who represented the central government as well as the Central Council for Film Certification (CBFC) that the Government will cancel the previous decision to give a navigation to release the film and “decide to revise the petitions preferred”.
The Court of Justice recorded two proposals filed by Mohammed Javed, one of the accused in the case of Kanhaiya Lal, and Jamiat Ulema-II-Hind President Maulan Arshad Madani.
The Center advisor said that the film went through a two -stage filter, first by the Censor Council, which proposed 55 cuts, and secondly to the committee, which also asked for six cuts in a total of 61 cuts.
The Javed Council protested against the publication of the film on the basis that during the court proceedings his case would be a prejudice.
Kanhaiya Lal, a tailor based in Rajasthan, based in Udaipur, was murdered in 2022, allegedly Mohammad Riyaz and Mohammad Ghus, for sharing a contribution on social media in support of former BJP leader Nupur Sharma after her controversial comments Mohammed. The court takes place before the Special Court of NIA in Jaipur.
