State Drug Controller Dr. Manish Kapoor said, “Drugs Control Authority, Himachal Pradesh maintains a zero tolerance approach to the manufacture or distribution of substandard drugs and every effort is made to ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements.As per procedures laid down by law, not only are DCA HP’s pharmaceutical formulation licenses suspended/revoked, legal action is also taken in jurisdictions where samples are taken for analysis/testing purposes.
