CCPA Guidelines and Penalties

The CCPA Anti-Deceptive Advertising in the Coaching Sector Guidelines, issued in 2024, prohibits coaching institutes from making false or misleading claims about course length, faculty qualifications, fees, refund policies, withdrawal rates, ratings and success stories. When using photos of successful candidates in advertisements, institutes must disclose relevant details, including the course they took, its duration and whether it was paid or free.
