TDP leader Mareddy Ravindranath Reddy (‘B.Tech’ Ravi) said on Wednesday 20 August) a conspiracy for the murder of Ys Vivekanand Reddy would only be issued if the Supreme Court allows CBI to restore its probe by freeing the deadline.
It was unfortunate that the accusations wandered freely on bail and intimidated witnesses, even though the killed leader, Suneetha Darydda, continued to fight for justice, he said.
Ravi, who addressed media persons in the Central TDP office near Mangalagiri in the Guntur district, said the delayed progress in the investigation raised doubts about whether the case was “cold storage” and noted that CBI claimed to have closed the probe due to the time.
He insisted that there was a greater conspiracy behind the murder, and the CBI had to get more time to untangle the secrets.
False cases were registered, including Mrs. Suneetha and CBI investigating officer Ram Singho to subvert the probe. The court properly noted that these cases had the intentions of Mala Fide. Doubts persist in the role of different persons, including YS Avinash Reddy, but the investigation has caused little progress.
Referring to the accusation that the elections of the ZPTC were abolished, Mr. Ravi said that in Pulivendul will welcome fresh public opinion surveys, if the President YSRCP Yagan Mohan Reddy resigned from his membership in the Assembly. He said his wife Latha Reddy was also ready to put in her papers to face the elections again.
