The Central Office for Investigation (CBI) has booked several educational, officials of the Ministry of Health of the Union and the National Health Office, members of the National Medical Commission (NMC) inspection teams and also the oscillation institution for alleged conspiracy to sabotage the inspection process for various private medical schools in several countries.

Jita Lal Meen, then a whole grain member of the Council for Evaluation and Rating and the Common Director of the National Health Office; The officials of the Ministry of Health Poonam Meena, Dharamvir, Piyush Malean, Anup Jaswal, Rahul Srivastava, Chandan Kumar, Deepak and Manisha were also appointed.

Sabotted inspection
According to CBI, some officials of the Ministry of Health and NMC inspection teams in a conspiracy with intermediaries and representatives of various private medical faculties have been involved in corrupt practices to expand the kindness of institutions.
The accused officials provided previous information to representatives of medical faculties to help them suppress the process of evaluating temporary compliance with the requirements as well as the bribery of the members of the inspection team for favorable reports.
