
The Central Investigation Office (CBI) registered the case against KM Abraham, the main secretary of the Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, in connection with the accusation that he has accumulated the wealth of disproportionate to his well -known revenue sources.
The movement of CBI comes against the background of the High Court in Kerala and orders CBI investigations against the former main secretary 11 April.
Mr. Abraham is also currently the CEO of the Council for the Investment Fund in Kerala Infrastructure.
The High Court’s command came to the petition of activist Jomon Puthenpurack, who challenged Thiruvananthapuram Vigilance Special Court command, which rejected his petition for the waking probe. The High Court ordered the police superintendent, the unity of CBI, Kochi to register the company against Mr. Abraham on the basis of Mr. Puthenpuracal’s complaint.
Subsequently, April 16, Mr. Abraham also wrote to the main minister who was looking for a police investigation of an alleged conspiracy that discredits him. The accusation against Mr. Abraham is that he had moving and impossible properties disproportionate to his well -known sources of income.
