The Central Office for Investigations (Banking & Fraud Branch and the Anti -Corruption Branch), Bengalur, signed a memorandum on understanding (MY) with the Ministry of Jobs, Karnataka Circle.
According to the official issue, it will facilitate sending and delivery of pre -summons and legal announcements via “book now applies later” (BNPL) India Post Red Post in order to ensure safe, traceable and timely communication.
According to an understanding Memorandum, India will provide a post -adapted envelope and delivery card (under) cards carrying the CBI and addresses to include notifications and summons. These will be collected from the CBI India Post branches for delivery to the intended recipients. Signed cards under the CBI will then be returned. Full tracking will be available on the India Post website.
The arrangement also includes a centralized reservation via RT Nagar Head Post Office in Bengalur, with a pick -up on all working days and nationwide support for return e -mails. The timeliness of delivery will range from one to five days, with provisions for re -delivery and free return of undelivered items.
This initiative intends to replace manual delivery employees of the department, resulting in significant savings in travel and daily contributions, allowing more efficient use of labor for basic investigative obligations. It increases transparency, responsibility and efficiency of delivery, especially in rural and remote areas, and serves as a model of cooperation between synergy and among agencies in providing public services.
