A shocking video has appeared on the social media that shows how dangerous Rapido driving could be for passengers unless the traffic rules are observed.
The Instagram user recently shared a clip-they are their own accidents with a headline that describes in detail how Rapido’s bike ride left her shaken.
She claimed that the Bike Rapido driver didn’t give her a helmet and said it wasn’t needed and did not wear himself.
He also took the wrong side of the road several times to reach the target.
In her post on Instagram Priyanka, she said, “It could be the first time I felt super dangerous with how the Rapido driver drove.”
“First I asked for a helmet that he didn’t answer that there was no need to wear it (he wasn’t wearing it himself). Then his super cool nature, although so many traffic rules completely harassed (sic).”
“On each main road, he went to the wrong side of and the twisting and turning my heart rhythm raced even more. I pulled out the phone to see it all.”
Priyanka also said that while Rapido Guy was constantly listening to music.
According to her contribution, Rapido Bike soon collided with another two -wheel car coming from the other side. The accident occurred in front of a police vehicle in Delhi.
She also said: “With all this incident, I just want to emphasize @RAPIDOAPP @RAPIDOCAPTAIN to hire people who are responsible rather than those who drive unfortunate as they have 9 lives.”
Rapido apologizes
Rapido apologized for the incident.
He said, “We understand your security concerns and sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience you had.”
The company also reiterated that the helmets were mandatory for both drivers and passengers and urged it to share its details of direct message to direct measures.
