With a deeply worrying incident from Ambernath in Maharaštře in the district of Thane, the man forcibly attacked a twelve -year -old boy inside the housing elevator.

What happened?
A terrible attack took place on July 4 around 17:00 in the House Housing project Patel in Palegaon, Ambernath.
According to reports, the accused – identified as Kailash Thawani – became enraged after the boy reportedly failed to hold the elevator door open on the 14th floor. The CCTV shots show that when the boy after attempting to stop at the 9th floor tried to close the elevator door, suddenly stopped inside and attacked him without warning.
The young victim was on the way to teaching tuition fees when there was an incident. Messages from Lokma suggest that after the elevator stopped on the 9th floor, and no one seemed to be waiting, Tyagi tried to close the door, which seems to have triggered the fury of the attacker.
The attack continued outside the elevator
Violence did not end inside the elevator. Witnesses and news accounts suggest that the Thawans continued to defeat the boys even after they got out of the elevator and allegedly attacked it into the building.
Police investigations are underway
After the attack, the child’s parents immediately turned to the police to file a complaint. The Shivajinagar police station in Ambernath registered the case against the accused.
DCP Sachin Gore confirmed the incident and said, “There was an incident where a 12 -year -old minor was brutally defeated inside an elevator in a housing company in the Palegaon area Ambernath. The attack was captured on the CCTV camera.”
From now on, there are no confirmed reports on the arrest of the accused. The viral video was caused by extensive convictions, and many demanded strict legal steps against the perpetrator.
