The Ernakulam Bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) reserved its order on the petition filed by the CEO of Police Yogesh Gupty and claimed that the state government deliberately detained its night (non -discovery certificate) for central representation.
The cat previously asked the government to submit all documents related to the awakening investigation against it. The Directive was issued after the court was not satisfied with the initial response of the government. The government reported the cat that the necessary documents were presented when the matter was heard.
In his petition, Mr. Gupta claimed that violations of the 2024 instructions from the Ministry of Personnel and training, which indicate that the alertness should not be rejected for all Indian services without valid reason.
