
Monocil Mishhra, arrested first -class accused of raping a gang from a first -year student, allegedly called Dr. Nayna Chatteri, Vice -Chairman of Kolkata Law College, in the morning after a crime.
According to a PTI, who quoted a well -placed police source, the nine -member special investigative team (SIT) found out of Kolkata’s interview between Monstrom and Dr. Nayna while he passed through a record of the details of the phones (CDR).
The IPS officer said that the VP has been interrogated twice since then to know the details of their conversation.
“CDRS mobile phones of the three arrested accused were checked for cross -ends. We found that there was a call from the Monojojský number to the university Vice President after the crime occurred,” PTI said.
“Since yesterday, we have questioned VP twice so we know the details of their conversation,” he added.
The officer also said that he had made efforts to find “every detail” of a telephone conversation between them.

The accused bought an inhaler for the victim, CCTV shots recovered
The officer said the PTI that the police also confiscated the CCTV footage of medical trade, from where one of the arrested accused AHMED bought an inhaler for the victim during the period of its torture.
The IPS officer who quoted the pharmacy owner said: “Zaib Ahmed went to medical trade to apply an inhaler. The owner of the pharmacy said he wanted to make half of the cash payment and the rest through UPI we disagreed.
“We took a note about their version,” he added.
According to earlier reports, the victim said in her complaint that she had asked her attackers to take her to the hospital after she had become ill during torture. But after her request was rejected, she urged them to provide her inhaler to ease her wirelessness she suffered.
In her complaint, she mentioned that Zaib, Mishhra’s accomplice, brought the inhaler that made her feel better, but only temporarily, because the torture continued afterwards.

The police link of the three main accused has expanded to 8 July
The police link of the three accused, Monovji Mishhra, a temporary worker and a graduate in the southern Calcutta of Law College, and two contemporary students, Zaib Ahmed and Pray Mukherjee, extended eight days to 8 July by the Municipal Court.
They were arrested on June 26 and formed in court the following day, which initially returned them for four days of police custody.
After production at Alipore Court on Tuesday, their police link was extended to 8 July.
28. June in connection with the case was also arrested by the guardian of the university, Pinaki Baerjee. His police link was extended to 4 July.
The prolongation of the police link came after the prosecutor and investigating officer who was looking for more time to question the accused.

According to PTI sources, three defenders – Misra, Ahmed and Mukherjee – did not move the lawsuits and instead told the court that the accusations were fully cooperating with investigating and willing to help reveal the truth.
