The Supreme Court on Wednesday (August 6, 2025) remained the proceedings at the court court against YouTuber Elvish Yadav in the case of the Snake poison.
The Justices MM Sundresh and Joymalya Bagchi issued the announcement to the Uttar Pradesh government and the complainant to Gaurav Gupta on the plea submitted by Mr. Yadav, which in the case of him questioned accusations and criminal proceedings.
The Supreme Court was heard by the appeal lodged by Mr. Yadav at the order of the High Court in Allahabad, which dismissed his reasoning reason. The indictment claims that the consumption of serpentine poison as a recreational drug on “enthusiastic” parties of humans, including foreigners.
Mr. Yadav was arrested in March last year by the Police Noid in connection with the case.
Mr. Yadava’s advisor at the High Court claimed that no snakes, narcotic or psychotropic substances were obtained from him, except that there was no causal connection between the applicant and the fellow citizen.
Although the informant was no longer an officer of the good living conditions of animals, he gave a company that proved to be one, the Council added.
He called Mr. Yadava the “known influencer” and someone who appears in more reality shows on television, and the advisor said his involvement in the fir had received “great media attention”.
