The Supreme Court on Wednesday (June 25, 2025) awarded Yadav alias Pehalwan in the case of Murder Nitish Qatar for three months.
The bench of the judges took Bhuyan and K. Vinod Chandran noted that Yadav had passed 20 years of continuous imprisonment without remission.
The best court ordered that Yadav be made before the court court within seven days and before the granting of Furlough, he ordered him the relevant conditions before the court of court.
Furough is temporary release from prison, not suspending or forgiving the whole punishment, and is usually granted long -term prisoners who have served parts of their punishment.
Yadav’s request questioned the order of the High Court in Delhi in November 2024, which rejected his petition for released him for three weeks.
On October 3, 2016, the Supreme Court awarded the 25 -year imprisonment without the benefit of Vikas Yadav and his cousin Vishal Yadav for their role in the sensational kidnapping and killing of the catarrh.
Co-South Sukhdev Yadav was given a 20-year prison in this case.
They were convicted and convicted of the kidnapping of a catarrh from the marriage side of the 16th and 17th February 2002 and then killed him for his alleged affair with Sister Vikas Bharti Yadav.
Bharti is the daughter of Uttar Pradesh DP Yadav.
The Court of Justice observed that Qatar was murdered because Vishal and Vikas Yadav did not approve of his affair with Bharti as if they were from different castes.
