
The Byappanahalli Police continues to investigate a road rage attack, which concerns an IAF employee and questioned eyewitnesses to record their statements. The police gathered mobile clips recorded by witnesses who later intervened and tried to dispose of the situation.
After the Call Center employee was submitted by anti -acomparia Vikas Kumar, the police accused WG. CDR. Shiladitya bose under different sections. Both of them got into a fight near CV Raman Nagar on Monday.
WG. CDR. Bose was accused according to sections 109 (attempted murder), 115 (2) (voluntarily causing injury), 304 (catching for theft), 324 (mischief), 352 (intentional insult with the intention of provoking a violation of peace), for further exploration.
On Wednesday, Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar and Mr. Kumar spoke and assured him of justice in the incident. The leader JDS Nikhil Kumarswamy condemned the incident and expanded his support to Mr. Kumar.
The police still have to question WG. CDR. Bose’s wife, also the IAF officer, was driving a car and was present at the time of the incident.
