“These three people were arrested on the basis of a written complaint filed by the victim of June 26,” said the head of the police officer Kalkata PTI.

The victim told Wednesday’s night incident in her complaint. The news18 quoted her as, “I denied and fought by letting him do nothing and push him back. I cried and asked him to let me go.”
The victim also went to the point that she touched the legs of the accused and asked them to leave her. “I touched his foot, but he didn’t let me go. They took me to the room again, took me to the guard strongly,” she quoted.

She further mentioned that the main accused had raped her while the others were watching.
During the attack, the victim faced breathing problems and panic attacks, but three accused did not help her.
“I asked them to take me to the hospital, but they didn’t help me. They locked the main gate of college and the guard was helpless and did not help,” she quoted in the report.

They also hit her with a hockey wand when she tried to escape, the news said. She also said that the accused had noticed and threatened to share the online shots, if she decided to inform the attack on someone else about the attack, the report said.
“She argued that three accusations kept mobile shots of the attack and threatened to release it on the Internet if she talked about something about the incident,” said the person who was aware of the development, PTI.
After the incident, the ruling party in West Bengal, Trinamool Congress, received a sharp criticism from Bharatiy Janat’s members, who emphasized the situation of the law and order in the state. BJP pointed out that Misra’s social media profile showed his close ties with the ruling Congress of Trinamool.
In particular, the case comes almost a year after the doctor was raped and murdered to RG Kar Medical College in Calcutta, drawing a widespread protest throughout the country.
