The police registered the case against 30 activists of the Islamic Organization for Girls to carry out a Pricestinian demonstration and a public meeting without permission in Madayipar, a biological ecological zone, in Kannura, Kerala.
The case was filed on the basis of a complaint that the group led by Afra Shihab entered the country of Devaswom in Madayipara, which had flags and banners, which allegedly caused damage to the biodiversity around 18:00 on Friday. The leading assembly is strictly prohibited in the sensitive area.
The Pazhayangadi police also forced a ban on the vehicle entry into the region, but the violation was reported during the Onam holidays, with several vehicles reaching space despite the restrictions.
Police launched an investigation after visuals of demonstrations were widely spread on social media.
