A case of medical negligence has been registered after a dialysis patient suffered a cardiac arrest following treatment at Medicover Hospital in Narsingi.
According to the police, the complaint was filed on February 26 by Gunti Krishna, who alleged that he had failed during his brother G. Sagar’s dialysis earlier that morning. The two visited the hospital around 5 a.m. for a scheduled procedure when the Permacath, also known as a femoral dialysis catheter, allegedly came loose.
