Carol Alt, one of the highest booked supermodels 80, reveals her secret to maintain her youthful September at the age of 64. Because of its distinctive blue eyes, dark hair and slim figures, it attributes its ageless look to a combination of diet, exercise and positive thinking.
“I’m a daughter of firefighters in New York and I never forgot who I was,” Dailymail said. “My dad was the most altruist person I have ever met, and I believe I will pay it ahead.”
Diet and fitness mode
Alt, who wrote two books promoting food with raw food, emphasizes nutrition and wellness as the key to its beauty. He says he monitors alkaline, probiotics diet, and remains hydrated alkaline water.
“You can have all the verses in the world in your wardrobe, but if you don’t have your health, you have nothing,” she said.
Her fitness routine includes yoga, pilates and long walks in New York. But her favorite exercise is a stationary bike inside her home infrared sauna. “It’s not hot, but after 15 or 20 minutes you sweat like a fool,” she shared. “I gave the more expensive because I liked the cheaper better. After using it I feel great.”
Change in perception of aging
Despite leaving high fashion tracks, ALT continues modeling and sees a company receiving older women in this industry.
“I love what I do, and I see that women like Demi Moore show that you can be beautiful at any age,” Alt said. “Today’s 60 -year -olds are not the 60 -year -old era of my mother. Why should age actually mean something?”
From track to businesswoman
Alt’s career was discovered at the age of 18 when she landed on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar, a career flew. It became the name of the household after appearing in the problem of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, which was then led by Jule Campbell.
“Previously, when I was on the magazine envelope, my name failed,” she recalled. “But after a sports illustrated problem, people would come on the street and ask,” Are you Carol Alt? “

Alt was recently awarded at the 25th annual Martha Vineyard Film Festival for her role in Beyond the Viome: Jule Campbell’s Swimsuit Issue, a documentary about the Campbell impact on the modeling industry.
The festival also presented Bill Murray The Friend and welcomed remarkable guests, including the former premiere of New Zealand Dame Jacinda Ardern and designer Kenneth Cole.
